Charge management of the Audi Q4 e-tron animation

Thermal management aims to bring the battery quickly to the ideal temperature range of around 30 degrees Celsius after starting and to keep it there until the end of the journey. This means that full power - and thus the power of the entire drive - is available after a short time, even in very cold weather. Thanks to the stable thermal conditions, the driver can also call them up several times in succession or charge the battery at a high-performance HPC charging station. The complex thermal management gives the battery a long service life - Audi guarantees that it still has at least 70 percent capacity after eight years of operation or 160,000 km of driving
