Traffic noise stresses us humans, not only in the big city. In some parts of the Rhine-Main area, there is also health-endangering aircraft noise. A study by Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz provides new clues as to what constant traffic noise does to our bodies. In our talk, Professor Dr. Thomas Münzel discusses study results and possible cardiovascular diseases due to noise pollution and stress.
