New Citroën C3 - Typical Citroën identity and experience

Source: AutoMotoTV (Glomex)

The 3.98 m long new Citroën C3 is particularly agile thanks to its turning circle of 10.20 m, because handling is a decisive advantage when turning on the roads of India. The high bonnet, the high seating position and the front section with underrun protection give the vehicle a typical SUV robustness. In addition, it remains true to the characteristic design language of Citroën, which is known from the other double-angle models and which is emphasized by the various curved surfaces. Another characteristic feature is the typical Citroën front section, which can already be seen on the C4 and C5 X. It is characterized by a two-stage light signature, with the chrome strip extending across the entire width of the vehicle, which separates in a Y-shape on the headlights. The headlights consist of two separate elements: indicators and daytime running lights on the upper level, low beam and high beam on the lower level. The distinctive taillight signature also picks up on the two horizontal lines that are visible on the front and form a triangle. The side view is also inspired by SUVs. Plastic cladding on the edges of the wheel arches and on the doors give the vehicle a robust presence. The large wheels (up to 635 mm), the large ground clearance (180 mm), the short overhangs, the paneling on the side sills and the roof rails are all elements that are inspired by SUVs. The new C3 is an invitation to get behind the wheel of a modern vehicle that is much more than a traditional B-segment model. With modern and efficient engines that are tailored to the specific needs in each region, the C3 will meet regional mobility needs. Details on the engines for each region will be announced at a later date
