Easter lamb - easy, fast & delicious to make yourself

A nice tradition for small and large in Germany is the baking of an Easter lamb. This is not only super fast, but also very tasty. So go ahead and bake your own Easter lamb. Here is our recipe for it. Ingredients: 150 grams of margarine 150 grams of sugar 1 packet of vanilla sugar 1 pinch of salt 3 eggs (size M) 200 grams of flour 2 teaspoons of baking powder 2-3 drops of butter vanilla flavoring 2 tablespoons of milk Preheat oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat. Cream margarine in a bowl until fluffy. Gradually add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and flavoring until smooth. Add the eggs. Mix flour and baking powder and mix on low speed. Add milk and mix well once again. Grease baking pan well and dust with a little flour. Pour the dough into the baking pan and bake in the oven on the lowest shelf for about 40-45 minutes. Remove the mold from the oven and let cool a little.
