The new ID.5 and ID. 5 GTX - More intuitive operation and voice control at a premium level

The operating concept of the ID.5 and ID.5 GTX is modern and clean, slim and intuitive. Two free-standing displays form its heart. The compact driver's display (5.3 inches) is controlled via touch surfaces on the multifunction steering wheel. On its right edge is a rocker for selecting the speed levels. In the center of the instrument panel is the large touch display for navigation, telephony, media, assistance systems and vehicle setup. Its screen diagonal is 12 inches as standard. The menu structure is flat and easy to understand, the content can be grasped spontaneously thanks to the very tidy graphics. The voice control uses trend-setting technology and brings the performance to a premium level. It recognizes voice commands much faster and more precisely, thus increasing operating and driving comfort. The customer starts voice control either by touching the steering wheel or by calling "Hello ID". Answers arrive within a few seconds. In addition, the improved recognition quality of voice control is now around 95 percent.
