Inside, the Taigo scores as standard with its elaborately designed multifunction steering wheel and modern controls. The infotainment systems are based on the third generation of the modular infotainment kit (MIB3) including online control unit (eSIM) and "App-Connect Wireless" (depending on the equipment). Features such as access to streaming services, natural voice control and cloud-based personalization using “Volkswagen ID” enable the latest MIB3.1 services to be used, depending on the equipment. In terms of driver assistance for more comfort and safety, the new SUV coupé is very similar to the Volkswagen in the higher segments. Every Taigo is equipped as standard with assistance systems such as the “Front Assist” environment monitoring system including the city emergency braking function and the “Lane Assist” lane departure warning system. The "IQ.DRIVE Travel Assist" is available on request and enables partially automated driving up to a system-related top speed of 210 km / h
