Mercedes-AMG defines the future of Driving Performance - Performance Hybrid with 4.0-liter V8 engine

In the four-cylinder performance hybrid, the more than 330 kW AMG 2.0-liter turbocharged engine (with electric exhaust gas turbocharger) can be combined with an up to 150 kW electric motor. The total power and torque enable future AMG models to deliver driving performance that even surpasses comparable, current vehicles with V8 engines without hybrid drive. The high agility, performance and efficiency of the hybrid 4-cylinder powertrain will initially be launched in the future generation of the Mercedes-AMG C-Class.
