Threat situation in Rathenow - large-scale police operation triggered

Armed man threatens people with a gun and entrenches himself in an apartment of an apartment building in Rathenow. Police from the Havelland and Brandenburg/Havel inspectorates as well as special services forces (SEK) were deployed. Suspect puts up considerable resistance during arrest and is injured. Affected street in the district town had to be closed for more than 3.5 hours.
