Clubs in NRW may reopen - skepticism and anticipation among guests and operators

Since the "incidence zero" was introduced last Friday in NRW, some further relaxations apply. Among other things, clubs are allowed to reopen as long as the 7-day incidence is below 10 for at least 5 consecutive days. This came as a surprise to most clubs - and far too quickly for some.
