The ID. Buzz series is produced by Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles at its main plant in Hanover. The majority of the electric drive modules supplied there will also be manufactured in Germany to the highest quality standards - in this case by the independent Group business unit Volkswagen Group Components. Since 2022, the Hanover plant has been one of the Group's high-tech locations for the production of fully electric vehicles. Generally speaking, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has also started a transformation process in order to be able to offer more electrified models in the future. Where a Bulli series was once produced in Hanover, three Bulli product lines are now being built in parallel - two of them electrified. As zero-emission vehicles, the ID. Buzz and the ID. Buzz Cargo leave the production line - they bear witness to a mobility choice that enables their owners to meet the climate challenges of our time.
