The new Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace - Comprehensive update for Volkswagen's successful SUV series

Latest-generation assistance and comfort systems, smart infotainment, highly efficient powertrains and plenty of space for up to seven people or a maximum of 1,920 liters of cargo space. The extensively equipped Tiguan Allspace inspires as a great friend of the family and modern SUV all-rounder with front-wheel drive or intelligent 4MOTION all-wheel drive system. Since the start of production of the Tiguan, Volkswagen's exceptionally talented bestseller has dominated its segment. Worldwide, more than 6.5 million units have rolled onto the roads since the series was launched in 2007. This was followed in 2017 by the Long Wheel Base (LWB) version of the Tiguan, of which more than 1.5 million have already been sold to date. Just how well the LWB version has been received by international customers is evidenced by the fact that, at around 55 percent, the longer XL version now accounts for more than half of all Tiguan sales worldwide. With the update of the compact Tiguan in fall 2020, progressive new drive, assistance and infotainment systems were introduced in the model series.
