On request, the EQS has automatic comfort doors at the front and rear. When the driver approaches the car, the door handles extend first. If you get closer, the driver's door opens automatically. With MBUX, the driver also has the option of opening the rear doors remotely and, for example, letting children get into the school. The automatic comfort doors can be closed easily and with little effort using one-touch operation. The sensors of the parking assistance systems are used to detect obstacles. Integration in the Blind Spot Assistant (optional extra) offers additional security
