MBUX (Mercedes-Benz User Experience) has radically simplified the operation of a Mercedes-Benz. Introduced in 2018 in the current A-Class, more than 1.8 million Mercedes-Benz cars are now on the road, and the van segment also relies on MBUX. The second generation of this adaptive system was launched in the new S-Class, and the next big step followed with the EQS. With adaptive software, the display and operating concept adapts entirely to its user and makes personalized suggestions for numerous infotainment, comfort and vehicle functions. With the so-called zero layer, the user does not have to scroll through submenus or give voice commands. The most important applications are offered situationally and contextually on the top level in the field of vision. In this way, a number of operating steps are relieved of the EQE driver. With the "Online Music" service, Mercedes-Benz has integrated numerous music streaming providers into the MBUX infotainment system
