The new Mercedes-Benz Citan - eCitan complements eVito and eSprinter

The eCitan will be launched as early as the second half of 2022. This all-electric Citan will also be available in various body variants. Its range is expected to be around 285 kilometers according to WLTP. This meets the needs of commercial users, who often use these models as courier and delivery vehicles in urban areas. The battery is expected to be able to be charged from 10 to 80 percent within 40 minutes5 at fast-charging stations. A major plus point is that the dimensions of the cargo space and the payload do not have to be reduced compared with conventional models. A trailer coupling will also be available for the eCitan.
