Trend-setting, clean, simply top - that's the new Opel Mokka. This has now also been confirmed by the ADAC. In the latest Ecotest comparison, the battery-electric Opel Mokka-e achieved an outstanding result of 89 points - and that under the new, more stringent measurement methodology introduced in the spring. The ADAC testers conclude for the nippy Opel Stromer with 100 kW/136 hp output and a maximum range of 324 kilometers according to WLTP1: "Overall, the Opel is in a good position." In the "Consumption/CO2" test category, the Mokka-e is given a "very good" rating of 1.1. ADAC also gives a top rating to the Mokka 1.2 Direct Injection Turbo with 74 kW/100 hp. "Emissions are very well controlled by the exhaust gas cleaning system, which is equipped with a gasoline particulate filter, among other things. The bottom line is that the Opel receives a full 50 points for the pollutant values," the testers summarize - a dream score of 1.0. In the Ecotest total - together with the "Consumption/CO2" category - this results in the exemplary value of 78 points. The Mokka is thus "one of the most recommendable vehicles" even with a gasoline engine. This means that the Opel Mokka, both as a battery-electric Mokka-e and with a conventional powertrain, scored a brilliant 4 stars in the Ecotest.
