The new Jeep Compass - The design

The fundamentally renewed Jeep Compass immediately stands out with its new, elegant and modern interior, which improves the comfort on board and makes the driving experience smarter. Key highlights include the full-HD resolution digital instrument panel with 26-centimeter screen diameter and the Uconnect 5 infotainment system with touchscreens with screen diameters ranging from 21.4 to 25.6 centimeters (8.4 to 10.1 inches), which have been moved to a higher position in the center of the dashboard than before, making them less distracting to the driver during operation. Also contributing to the improved usability are a five times faster processor, the Android operating system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration, interactive 3D TomTom navigation and natural voice recognition, and Uconnect Services. An all-new center console creates nearly 4.4 liters more storage space than before, now at 7.2 liters, along with further improved functionality. The new interior with high-quality materials and surfaces pleases with its more modern and distinctive style thanks to the new dashboard, center console, steering wheel and door panels.
