Ferrari F8 Tributo: The hottest V8 sports car from Italy? - Driving Report/Review

Source: Auto Motor und Sport (Glomex)

The key data sounds more than promising: 720 hp, 770 Newton meters and 340 km/h top speed. The Ferrari F8 Tributo succeeds the 488 GTB and uses ingredients from the radical 488 Pista. It competes directly with the McLaren 720S, Porsche 911 GT2 RS and Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series. The F8 is supposed to accelerate to 100 km/h in 2.9 seconds and reach 200 km/h in 7.8 seconds - and all that only with the driven rear axle. There, 305-series rollers claw their way into the asphalt, while 245-series tires roll in front. Editor Christoph Kragenings finds out how the mid-engine Italian with 3.9-liter V8 biturbo drives on the Bilster Berg.
