The new Nissan Qashqai 2021 - elegance and dynamism in design

As with the first two generations, the design for the new Nissan Qashqai was created in Nissan's European design studio in London. Visually, the new model remains an unmistakable Qashqai - and yet looks sharper, more modern, more well-trained. Striking shoulder lines, the longer wheelbase and impressive 20-inch alloy wheels, available for the first time in this model series, give it more presence on the road. The wheelbase has grown by 20 mm compared with the predecessor, and the Qashqai has gained 35 mm in length. The width has increased by 32 mm and the height by a slight 25 mm. The front end is characterized by an enlarged Nissan V-Motion radiator grille with a chrome finish and an additional strip in satin chrome. Flanking the grille are narrow full LED matrix headlamps with boomerang daytime running lights. The narrow spacing between these details gives the front end a high-quality and precise appearance. In side view, the new Qashqai now looks even more athletic and dynamic. A single "fast line" stretches from the front to the rear, providing not only horizontal stability but also a dash of dynamism. While the predecessor stood on maximum 19-inch wheels, the new-generation Qashqai is available for the first time with 20-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. These fully fill the wheel arches and contribute to the robust appearance. The diverse color program offers customers many options for personalization. A total of 16 variants are available: eleven body colors and five two-tone options.
