The Israeli army has begun a large-scale operation at Al Shifa Hospital in the city of Gaza. The operation is aimed at high-ranking "Hamas terrorists", according to reports. The population was ordered to leave the area around the hospital in the direction of a so-called humanitarian area by the sea.
