As in recent days, it is again the German Speed Company Racing Team around Georg Egger and Lukas Baum, who ride aggressively from the outset to make up time in the overall classification. Before the stage they are in 3rd position, only 8 seconds behind the second and 7min 2sec behind the leaders around Andreas Seewald (GER) and Martin Stosek (CZE) of Canyon Northwave Team. Today's stage win went to Wilier-Pirelli around South Tyrolean Fabian Rabensteiner (ITA) and Wout Alleman from Belgium and their teammates from Wilier-Pirelli Racing Team, Cameron Orr (GBR) and Austrian Daniel Geismayr finished third. The offensive riding of Georg Egger (GER) and Lukas Baum (GER) paid off, they finished second 1min 15sec behind. Also the overall ranking has changed a lot. They are now in 2nd place with only 2min 45sec behind Canyon Northwave MTB around Andreas Seewald (GER).
