With the second Kodiaq generation, Škoda has further refined the emotional and sculptural design of the SUV model, which now appears even more present and robust. In addition to the angular wheel cut-outs, Škoda's new visual identity in the form of the modified logo on the hood and the new lettering at the rear also catches the eye. Details in Unique Dark Chrome underline the striking appearance of the new Kodiaq. The LED matrix headlights, the front grille with horizontal light strip and the connected LED tail lights with animated indicators celebrate their premiere. More than six centimeters longer than its predecessor, the new Kodiaq now offers even more space for up to seven people and plenty of luggage. Škoda Auto has also fine-tuned the aerodynamics, which now achieves a drag coefficient of 0.282. This is made possible by active cooling air intakes and the redesign of the front and rear bumpers, among other things.

On the way towards electrification, the designers took on the challenge of transferring the new spindle design to the RX. The integration of the radiator grille in the front end has been optimized. It conveys a feeling of electrified power and contributes to the low visual center of gravity. More compact and sharper headlights, air intakes and a wider track (+ 15 mm) also underline the sovereign and self-confident look. The longer bonnet, a 60 mm longer wheelbase and the 10 mm lower roof line all contribute to the striking look and a slimmer line overall. The characteristic black rear pillar - the so-called "floating roof" that gives the vehicle a coupe-like appearance - now appears more three-dimensional, while the characteristic rising lower side line and the large 21-inch wheels make the RX appear even more dynamic. The four-projector LED headlights are now slimmer and sharper and positioned more horizontally. Their design, accentuated by the L-shaped daytime running lights, ensures a powerful look. At the rear, the light bar, which extends the full width of the vehicle, emphasizes the iconic shape of the RX, while the wider track (+ 40 mm) reinforces its presence on the road. The new LEXUS lettering on the tailgate ensures a clear and modern appearance.
There are features in your vehicle you hope you will never have to use – and yet it is reassuring to have them on board. This is true, for example, of the automatic emergency call eCall, which has been mandatory for every new car in the EU since 2018. The mobile online services of ŠKODA Connect also offer other helpful functions in all current ŠKODA models with the exception of the CITIGOᵉ iV, grouped as proactive services under Care Connect. These support drivers with any questions they have about the car. Two functions in particular help to ensure a relaxed journey, especially during the travel season: the info and breakdown calls, the buttons for which can be found in the roof module next to the red emergency call button and are marked with an ‘i’ or a spanner.
