The new Honda Civic - The interior design

In the interior, the horizontal design of the dashboard emphasizes the width of the cabin, which, together with the larger field of vision, creates an airy and open feeling of space. High-quality materials characterize the ambience, including, for example, the honeycomb-shaped ventilation grilles that extend across the entire width of the dashboard. Optimum readability is provided by the instruments with new 10.2-inch HD color display, which are standard in the Advance equipment line. The new Civic offers an intuitive infotainment system. The central touchscreen has been enlarged to nine inches and positioned higher up to minimize necessary up-and-down eye movements. To keep occupants connected on the go, smartphones with Android Auto and wireless Apple CarPlay can be integrated into the infotainment system.
