The new Ferrari 812 Competizione Highlights

"The 812 Competizione, the new special series limited edition coupe based on the 812 Superfast, was unveiled today to media, customers and fans from around the world. The event, which was broadcast live on Ferrari's social media channels, also saw the presentation of the 812 Competizione A, a spectacular Targa version, also a limited-edition special series and a tribute to the glorious open-top tradition of the Cavallino Rampante. The presentation took place in a very special place, the recently opened GT Sport Department right next to the Fiorano racetrack, which further reinforces the inseparable link between Maranello road cars and the incomparable racing DNA developed over 70 years of success on the world's racetracks. At the beginning of the presentation, the 812 Competizione made several laps on the track to show the spectators the shapes of the car in this dynamic and performing context and, of course, to let them hear the unmistakable sound of Ferrari's legendary naturally aspirated V12 engine. After these exciting laps, Enrico Galliera, Ferrari's Chief Marketing & Commercial Officer, officially introduced the car and then presented the 812 Competizione A."
