The ŠKODA FABIA - Broad performance range, lower consumption

ŠKODA offers the fourth generation of the FABIA with five modern and efficient gasoline engines from the EVO generation. The selection is thus significantly larger than for the predecessor model and covers a broader power spectrum from 48 kW (65 hp) to 110 kW (150 hp). For the first time, a larger fuel tank with a capacity of 50 liters is available as an option for the FABIA, enabling a range of more than 900 kilometers in the WLTP cycle with four of the five power units. Also available as an option are a firmer-tuned sports suspension with 15 millimeters of lowering or a bad-road package with 15 millimeters of increased ground clearance. All engines offered in the new FABIA belong to the EVO engine generation. They are even more economical than the predecessor units and meet the Euro 6d emissions standard. The new top engine is the 1.5 TSI with 110 kW (150 hp) and 7-speed DSG as standard. Up to an output of 70 kW (95 hp), the FABIA has a manual 5-speed transmission, while the 1.0 TSI with 81 kW (110 hp) offers a choice between a manual 6-speed transmission and the automatic 7-speed DSG. With the 50-liter fuel tank available for the first time as an option instead of the standard 40-liter fuel tank, four of the five engines offer a maximum range of more than 900 kilometers.
