"The SANTA FE Plug-in Hybrid becomes a luxury SUV with the new Signature package. Nappa leather on the seats and a suede-look headliner and sun visors further enhance the interior. In addition, there are further aluminum applications in the interior. The adaptive cruise control system with distance control is supplemented in the Signature package by a highway assistant that automatically keeps the car in the center of the lane. In this version, the SANTA FE plug-in hybrid can also be maneuvered into a parking space by remote control without the driver being in the vehicle. If the driver prefers to take the wheel himself, a parking aid with emergency braking function protects him from careless parking accidents. Hyundai positions the new SANTA FE plug-in hybrid on a par with European premium competitors in terms of technology, quality and equipment. However, taking into account the extensive standard equipment, the electrified variant, with an entry price of 55,750 euros, offers a more attractive price-performance ratio than many comparable European models. The Hyundai SANTA FE plug-in hybrid is eligible for a subsidy of €3,750 as part of the innovation premium for plug-in hybrid vehicles offered by the German Federal Office of Economics and Export Control (BAFA). Combined with Hyundai's manufacturer's share, the total subsidy amounts to around 5,981 euros, resulting in a price starting at 49,769 euros for the customer."
