Presentation of the new Alfa Romeo Giulia GTA at the test site in Balocco. It was precisely here that Autodelta, formerly Alfa Romeo's racing division, developed its legendary predecessor - the 1965 Alfa Romeo Giulia GTA, which enjoyed worldwide racing success. Inspired by one of the most fascinating vehicles in the brand's 111-year history, the new Alfa Romeo Giulia GTA is the epitome of style, technology and driving pleasure. V6 bi-turbo gasoline engine with 2.9 liters displacement with power increased to 397 kW (540 hp). Very good performance with 1.87 hp per liter of displacement. Extensive use of ultra-light materials makes the Alfa Romeo Giulia GTA up to 100 kilograms lighter than the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio production model that serves as its base. Acceleration from zero to 100 km/h in just 3.6 seconds. Specific solutions for aerodynamics, chassis tuning and handling. Development in cooperation with Sauber Engineering, which provided know-how and the drivers of the Formula 1 team Alfa Romeo Racing ORLEN, Antonio Giovinazzi and Kimi Räikkönen. Exclusive features include 20-inch wheels with central locking - a first for a production sedan - and the titanium exhaust system from Akrapovič for unmistakable sound. Reminiscent of the 1965 Alfa Romeo Giulia GTA, a wide range of customization options is available, including special body paint finishes created by Centro Stile Alfa Romeo designers, as well as different colors for brake calipers, roll bars, seat belts and stitching.

The New Range Rover Sport has made its global premiere with a dramatic world-first climb up a flooded dam spillway in Iceland. The epic ascent saw New Range Rover Sport resist the surging torrent of water flowing down the ramp of the Karahnjukar Dam – the biggest of its kind in the world – at a rate of 750 tonnes per minute. A loss of traction risked plunging down the perilous 90m drop at the base of the spillway to the valley floor below. The successful spillway ascent was screened for the first time at an exclusive launch event at Jaguar Land Rover’s Advanced Product Creation Centre at Gaydon, UK. Official James Bond stunt driver Jessica Hawkins was behind the wheel as the New Range Rover Sport demonstrated its grip, traction, performance and composure, completing the latest in a series of challenges for Land Rover’s luxury performance SUV. Previous feats include a record-setting hill-climb at Pikes Peak, a first recorded crossing of the ‘Empty Quarter’ desert in the Arabian Peninsula and a first ascent of the 999 steps to Heaven’s Gate in China, in 2018.
With the standard Performance Battery, the new entry-level model delivers up to 300 kW (408 PS; Taycan with Performance Battery: Fuel consumption combined 0 l/100 km, CO2 emissions combined 0 g/km, Electricity consumption combined 28.0 kwh/100 km) in overboost mode with Launch Control; this increases to an output of up to 350 kW (476 PS; Taycan with Performance Battery Plus: Fuel consumption combined 0 l/100 km, CO2 emissions combined 0 g/km, Electricity consumption combined 28.7 kwh/100 km) with the optional Performance Battery Plus. Nominal power is 240 kW (326 PS) or 280 kW (380 PS) respectively. As the youngest member of the model family, the Taycan includes, right from the start, the new features introduced in the other versions at the model year changeover. For instance, the Plug & Charge function enables convenient charging and payments without the need for cards or an app: as soon as the charging cable is plugged in, the Taycan establishes encrypted communication with the Plug & Charge-compatible charging station. The charging process then starts automatically. Payments are also processed automatically.
