The new ŠKODA FABIA - bigger, safer, more economical

22 years after the debut of the ŠKODA FABIA, the Czech carmaker is launching the fourth generation of its popular small car. For the first time, it is based on the Modular Transverse Toolkit MQB-A0 from the Volkswagen Group and has the best space in its class, improved comfort and numerous new safety and assistance systems. The platform from the Volkswagen Group enables an even more spacious interior. With a length of 4,108 millimeters, the FABIA has grown significantly, exceeding the four-meter mark for the first time. The luggage compartment volume of 330 liters, which was already the largest in the segment, increases by a further 50 to 380 liters. In addition, thanks to the MQB-A0, many assistance systems are on board in the new FABIA that were previously reserved for higher vehicle classes. In combination with the even stiffer body, the small car offers excellent active and passive safety.
