National basketball team plays Supercup in Hamburg

For three years, the Hamburg Towers have been playing in the 1st Basketball Bundesliga (BBL). Justus Hollatz was instrumental in their success. Now the Hamburg native plays for the German national team and they are guests in Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg for a weekend for the Supercup. This is a four-nation tournament with Germany, China, Canada and New Zealand. It serves as preparation for the Men's Basketball World Cup, which will be held from August 25 to September 10, 2023 in the Philippines, Japan and Indonesia.
