French President Emmanuel Macron sees the US plan for Ukraine as an opportunity to make progress towards a good peace. The condition for this is "very robust security guarantees" that should not only exist "on paper", Macron said at the start of a video conference of the Coalition of the Willing, which mainly includes European countries.
