Drinking is important! An adult should drink at least one and a half liters a day. Drinking too little can cause circulatory problems or headaches. This limits physical and mental performance. This also applies to children. That's why the Sportkreis Frankfurt e. V. launched the "Drink yourself fit - because thirst makes you weak" campaign in 2020.
