The US group Microsoft wants to take over the video game group Activision Blizzard for around 69 billion US dollars. Specifically, Microsoft is offering $95.00 per share in a $68.7 billion cash transaction. Bobby Kotick should remain head of Blizzard, although he has recently come under massive criticism. With this deal, Microsoft wants to secure control over several popular game series such as "Call of Duty" or "Warcraft"
