To Easter, many legends revolve around the egg cult. One thing is certain: more hen's eggs are eaten at Easter than at any other time of year. Particularly popular: Dyed, hard-boiled eggs. The Consumer Center NRW has now pointed out that two commonly used techniques can significantly shorten the shelf life of hard-boiled eggs.
