The standard equipment of the new BMW 5 Series Sedan includes an automatic climate control system with expanded scope and an advanced control logic. In the instrument panel area, joint vents are used instead of conventional air vents and are positioned at the height of the BMW Interaction Bar. The direction of the air outlet can be varied using control levers. In addition, the air conditioning and ventilation are controlled via the touch function on the control display. To maximize range, the BMW i5 is equipped as standard with an air conditioning system featuring particularly energy-efficient heat pump technology. Optionally available for all model variants of the new BMW 5 Series Sedan is a 4-zone automatic climate control system with separate control panel in the rear, air vents in the B-pillars and nano particle filter. For the first time, it also makes it possible to separately regulate the temperature in the footwell of the front seats.

The third-generation Citroën C4 sits firmly in four-star territory, with its performance in adult occupant protection, pedestrian protection and safety assistance failing to break the five-star threshold. The first offering from the newly-formed Stellantis group to be rated by Euro NCAP, the car was tested with the standard equipment available on the regular C4 and ë-C4 electric variants. This includes the AEB front crash prevention system for cars and pedestrians, but not the cyclist functionality that is only offered as an optional add-on.
The all-wheel drive system’s intelligent control works predictively, always looking ahead by means of sensors and the continuous analysis of the data collected on driving dynamics and driver behavior.
