Piaggio Beverly has revolutionised the mid-sized scooter market, introducing a vehicle with an attractive design, brilliant performance and extreme safety, not only due to its large-diameter wheels but also thanks to motorcycle-type frames and suspensions. Beverly's commercial success has always gone hand in hand with constant updates to keep it on top of the sales charts and an object of desire for the most sophisticated urban users. Twenty years after the first generation, Piaggio Beverly has been entirely revamped, taking on an even more modern and contemporary look, but maintaining its distinctive characteristics intact, the perfect combination of a sporty, high-wheel scooter and a luxurious GT that makes it an extremely versatile vehicle. The new Piaggio Beverly is, therefore, the ideal scooter for any use, from urban commuting - where its agility and easy handling come out - all the way to suburban medium and long range touring, even riding two-up, a situation in which it demonstrates stability, power and top level on board comfort. The new design follows automotive trends and focuses on sportiness: the front end has been entirely redesigned, whereas for the side view, the smooth and sinuous lines that had always characterised Beverly, step aside to make room for more taut and muscular lines that run toward a more upward tending and slender rear end.
Residual value giants 2025 - Toyota Camry is the most value-stable vehicle in its class
It is and remains a residual value giant: As in 2019, the experts from "bähr & fess forecasts" and "Focus Online" attested the Toyota Camry the lowest absolute value loss in euros in the upper mid-size class. With second place in the class of large SUVs, the Toyota Land Cruiser also achieves an excellent result. For the residual value giants, bähr & fess forecasts has been determining every six months since 2010 for the Internet portal "Focus Online" those vehicles that have the highest percentage residual value and the lowest absolute loss in value in euros after four years. In addition to the four-year holding period, the calculation is based on an annual mileage of 15,000 kilometers. In a total of 15 categories, the most stable new cars in Germany in terms of both aspects are selected. The absolute value loss is with the Toyota Camry after four years with 23,194 euro - as little as with no other vehicle of this class. The mid-size sedan comes with a powerful and efficient hybrid drive as standard. The drive combination, which delivers 160 kW/218 hp, guarantees not only optimum residual values but also maximum driving pleasure. Other highlights include the comprehensive Toyota Safety Sense safety systems such as the Pre-Crash Safety System (PCS) with pedestrian protection, Lane Change Alert (LDA), High Beam Assist (AHB) and Road Sign Recognition (RSA) as well as Blind Spot Assist (BSM) with Cross Traffic Assist (RCTA).
