The Subaru Impreza occupies a special role on German roads: With unique selling points such as boxer engine, Symmetrical AWD permanent all-wheel drive and a mild hybrid system, the five-door compact car is unparalleled. With the e-Boxer, a small electric motor supports the powerful and smooth-running 2.0-liter boxer gasoline engine, which develops 110 kW/150 hp. As a result, acceleration and responsiveness improve while fuel consumption drops. Combined with the Subaru Global Platform and the standard SI-Drive, which now features adaptive transmission control for more fun in corners, driving enjoyment is guaranteed. The 84 kW/114 hp 1.6-liter Boxer continues to be offered as an alternative to the e-Boxer. In both cases, the continuously variable Lineartronic automatic transmission transfers the drive torque to all four wheels.
Clear exterior design accents give it a purist appearance that emphasises the hallmark design features. In addition, the innovative Multitone Roof creates unique individualisation opportunities. In the interior, the extensively redesigned cockpit underlines the premium character of the MINI-3 door, the MINI-5 door and the MINI Convertible. Attractive additions to the range of standard and optional equipment, new exterior paint finishes, light-alloy wheels, interior and seating surfaces as well as innovative technology in the areas of chassis, driver assistance systems, operation and connectivity round off the latest update for the British brand's small car models.
AMG's foundation stone was laid back on 1st of June 1967. To mark the 55th anniversary of the performance and sports car brand, the production version of the Mercedes-AMG ONE is celebrating its world premiere. The two-seater super sports car brings the world's most modern and efficient Formula 1 hybrid drive technology from the race track to the road for the first time. The performance hybrid produces a total output of 782 kW (1063 hp) from one combustion engine and four electric motors, with a top speed capped at 352 km/h. The extremely complex development was carried out in close cooperation with the Formula 1 experts at Mercedes-AMG High Performance Powertrains in Brixworth. The Mercedes-AMG ONE will also officially be seen in action for the first time in the UK, as part of the Festival of Speed at Goodwood (23 to 26 June 2022).
