The completely redeveloped Dacia Sandero maintains its top position as Germany's cheapest new car: at an attractive starting price of €8,490, the compact five-door model offers striking design, high active and passive safety levels, more comfort details and up-to-date infotainment equipment from January. The crossover variant Sandero Stepway will become even more distinctive thanks to independent SUV elements and will be available from €11,390 in the future. The third model generation of the Dacia Sandero reaches a new level and offers extensive comfort and safety details even from the entry-level Access SCe 65 version. Exterior features include the brand's typical light signature with low beam and daytime running lights in LED design. Significantly more comfort is provided by electric power steering, power windows for the driver and front passenger, and a height-adjustable steering wheel. In addition, the model already has the radio upgrade with integrated smartphone holder. The safety level has also been significantly enhanced and, starting with the base model, includes Active Emergency Brake Assist, windowbags, emergency call function and LED low beam. Drive is provided by the economical 1.0-liter SCe 65 three-cylinder engine with 49 kW/67 hp, which is homologated to the new Euro 6d-Full emissions standard and is combined in the Dacia Sandero with the tried-and-tested 5-speed manual transmission.
