Harmony at a glance. To achieve a lively interior, the CUPRA design team combined the latest in technology and sophistication in the use of colours and textures. “We relied on a neutral approach to colour, intensifying the effects and textures with the use of parametric techniques” says Sangalli. Thus, 3D effects have been created on the blue seats, with micro-perforations that reveal the copper colour beneath the surface. “This laser technique enabled us to give movement to the seat. It isn’t a static graphic effect. It shifts, it fades in and out, it seems to expand” adds the designer. Decorative stitching in the same colour on the seats and doors completes the numerous details in the brand’s signature colour.
The Lexus LC embodies the best in design, engineering and craftsmanship
"A true flagship, the Lexus LC embodies the best in design, engineering and craftsmanship that the premium brand has to offer. The new Lexus LC 500 Convertible with soft top now expands the model line that was established in 2017 with the LC Coupe. The convertible combines the elegant silhouette and driving dynamics of the coupe with open-top driving pleasure. While the coupe, in reference to the LFA super sports car, embodies above all design and performance, the convertible appeals to all the senses. Open-air enjoyment at the push of a button makes the driver feel even more connected - with the vehicle, the road and the surroundings. The LC Coupé has also been specifically refined. In both the LC 500h hybrid variant and the LC 500 V8 variant, the coupe offers an even more engaging driving experience - from ride comfort to handling and feedback to multimedia functionality. These modifications have also been incorporated into the convertible."
