The Audi RS 5 Sportback - The interior design

Source: AutoMotoTV (Glomex)

The interior of the RS 5 models is characterized by horizontal lines and calmly drawn surfaces that convey a feeling of spaciousness. The panoramic glass roof brings more light into the interior if desired. The interior is black and rock grey as standard. The footrest and pedals are made of stainless steel, the decorative inlays of aluminium race. The options here are anthracite-colored aluminum, high-gloss carbon or - as a new alternative - a matt carbon. With the two RS design packages, the interior can be customized with red or grey contrast seams. The front RS sports seats with their high side bolsters can be adjusted electrically and pneumatically for optimum support. Their center panels are diamond stitched and the backrests bear the embossed RS logo. The standard covers are a combination of leather and Alcantara, with fine nappa leather with honeycomb stitching available on request. Instead of the RS sports seats, Audi also fits the S sports seats including ventilation. The flattened RS multifunction sports leather steering wheel is just as standard as illuminated entry sills with RS 5 lettering. LED light guides trace the large contours of the interior in the optional contour/ambient light package in 30 colors.
