Air crews rescue Taiwan residents stranded in floods caused by Typhoon Ragasa
Helicopter crews flew out to a flood-stricken area in Hualien County, Taiwan to rescue residents stranded on rooftops by the passage of Typhoon Ragasa on September 23. The residents became trapped when Ragasa caused a mountain lake's banks to burst and flood the region. The typhoon has now weakened to a tropical storm.
