African swine fever: More animals killed in Emsland

Despite negative test results, the animals of another farm in Emsland were killed on Wednesday in connection with African swine fever. This was announced by the Ministry of Agriculture. According to the minister, it cannot be ruled out that individual animals in the contact farm in Freren pose a risk. The outbreak of African swine fever was detected at the weekend on the farm of a piglet producer from Emsbüren. 1,500 piglets and 280 sows had to be killed
