New Nissan X-Trail - Practical and flexible

Source: AUTOMOTOTV (Glomex)

To make it easier to install a child seat or climb into the rear, Nissan has tweaked access to the second row of seats: The rear doors can now be opened at almost a 90-degree angle. Rear passengers enjoy their own controls for heating, air conditioning, etc. Additional USB ports - both type A and type C - ensure power for electronic devices in the second row. Parents of babies and toddlers will also appreciate the sunblinds integrated into the rear doors, which can be operated with one hand. The second row of seats can be folded down in a 40:20:40 ratio. The load-through hatch in the center allows longer items such as skis to be transported without having to fold down the seats. The seats can also be moved forward to increase trunk space or, in the case of seven-seaters, to facilitate access to the third row of seats. The outer seat can be folded forward with a simple flick of the wrist.
