" The mobility revolution is already having an ever increasing impact on urban traffic. In order to ensure traffic on the last mile in the future, the purely electric drive in the van segment is the logical consequence: with the eVito in 2018 and the eSprinter in 2019, Mercedes-Benz Vans has a pioneering role in the premium segment for locally emission-free, commercial freight transport adopted in urban space. The driving performance and range of the newly introduced eVito Tourer define a new dimension and meet all requirements: be it as a hotel shuttle, a large-capacity taxi or a vehicle for ride-sharing services. The new Mercedes-Benz eVito Tourer takes on the distinctive look of the Vito with a combustion engine. But under the dynamic front sits the electric drive train (eATS), which drives the front wheels with a peak power of 150 kW. The electric motor, the gearbox with fixed ratio, the cooling system and the power electronics form a compact unit. The energy is stored in a lithium-ion battery in the underbody of the vehicle. Their deep and central arrangement has a positive effect on the driving behavior of the eVito Tourer. The top speeds of 140 km / h as standard and 160 km / h as special equipment ensure rapid progress even away from city traffic. "

With its pronounced shoulders and wheel arches, New Sandero exudes a strong personality and an impression of robustness. Its overall proportions have been redesigned to perpetuate the equation of its success: a contained exterior size and even greater roominess, for even greater versatility. The overall line is more fluid thanks to a more sloping windshield, a lower roofline and a radio antenna placed at the rear. The ground clearance is unchanged, but with its wider tracks and flush wheels, New Sandero feels lower, more planted on its sills. All-new Sandero Stepway is immediately recognizable at the front with its unique ribbed and more domed bonnet. It adopts the design codes of the crossover world with raised ground clearance, logoted roof bars, large wheel arch wideners and reinforced door bottoms with specific texture. In addition to, the chrome Stepway logo under the front grille and the curved fenders above the fog lights. The front and rear bumpers include a body-coloured metal skid plate designed to protect the original colour from everyday scratches. The Dacia spirit also includes useful and necessary innovations, such as the All-new Sandero Stepway modular roof bars, designed from the outset to be transformed into a roof rack. Cleverly designed, easy to use and offered as standard.
A long career racing single seaters and sports cars has seen Mark Webber spend less time than he might have liked in his native Australia. But the off season gaves the former Porsche works driver and busy Formula One pundit the opportunity to revisit some great local roads – a firm favourite of which is a picturesque loop through the high hills that fringe Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. “It’s a route I probably do eight or so times a year, through the hinterland of Queensland,” says Webber. “I leave Noosa on State Route 12 and head west towards a town called Eumundi. As you drive out of Noosa, you head through the lush, sub-tropical forest and you really appreciate what a beautiful area this is … the locals call it living in a ‘biosphere’ because so much of the area is protected forest. You cross the M1 motorway at Eumundi and hang a right to pick up the ‘22’, the Eumundi-Kenilworth Road. Then it’s about 30 minutes due west to get into some spectacular elevated driving, a good 500-600 metres above sea level. The temperature really drops, and you’re into a lot of tight hairpins and superb twisty stuff.”
