Prices still high: Middle Franconia second most expensive building land

The prices for building land in Bavaria continue to differ significantly. According to the State Office for Statistics, a square meter cost an average of 381 euros in 2024. It is most expensive in Upper Bavaria with almost 1,000 euros, and cheapest in Upper Franconia with 125 euros.
