The Ukrainian military has ordered the remaining fighters at the Azov Steel Plant in Mariupol to surrender the city's defenses. The last bastion of the Ukrainian port city was defended for a total of 86 days. This was announced by Azov commander Denys Pokopenko in a video on Friday.
