The American fast-food giant McDonald's is withdrawing from Russia because of the Russian war of aggression against Ukraine. After more than 30 years, McDonald's plans to sell its nearly 850 stores to a Russian buyer. This was announced by the group in Chicago. According to its own information, the withdrawal from Russia will cost McDonald's between 1.2 and 1.4 billion dollars.
