According to the police, a total of about 275 vehicles and about 600 people took part in the rally at the Tänzelfestplatz. During the subsequent motorcade from Kaufbeuren to Kempten and back, another 120 vehicles took part. The motorcade started to move around 13:20. The cars were divided into blocks of ten. About an hour after the start, the last of twelve blocks left the area.
