2022 Audi R8 Coupe Driving video
Faster and more capable both on and off the racetrack, the R8 is the most powerful Audi production model ever. With its breathtaking performance, high-revving naturally aspirated motor, precise handling and driver-focused interior, the R8 embodies the automotive distinction that has become synonymous with the four rings.
With its forward-oriented character lines and smooth surfaces the next-generation HR-V e:HEV embodies the brand's simple, clean, modern design philosophy already seen in recent new Honda models. Defined by the same key design concepts of function and beauty, the compact coupe-inspired shape is familiar yet exciting in appearance, with a playful character and confident SUV stance. Its sleek silhouette is achieved by increasing road clearance by 10 mm and reducing the roof height by 20 mm compared to the previous model. Increasing the size of the wheels to 18 inches, which come as standard on the all-new HR-V, and reducing the front overhang further reinforce the robust SUV appeal, and provides the aesthetic solidity that modern customers desire. The clean simplicity of design is realised through the car's smooth surfaces, with exterior design features incorporated into the body shape. For example, the headlights, unique body-coloured grille and distinctive lower mesh grille seamlessly integrate with the forward-protruding nose shape and front quarter panels, giving it a more sculpted appearance and creating a sleek, bold expression.
The SEAT Ibiza’s interior represents a design revolution. New materials, technology and illumination systems improves its dynamic character with a greater level of perceived quality. The new floating central infotainment system display is an obvious highlight in this new interior approach. The screen has grown on average by more than 20% compared to its predecessor – the standard screen is now 8.25”, while the optional screen is 9.2”. In addition, its higher position in the cabin – at the driver’s line of sight – improves its ergonomics, making it safer and more practical. Add to this the clear 10.25” Digital Cockpit and the interior of the new Ibiza is fully digital. Improvements have been made to the fit, finish and quality throughout; one highlight is the completely new soft dashboard, which linked to the new and ergonomic multifunction steering wheel in Nappa (available in Style as an option, and in Xcellence and FR trims as standard) delivers an increased level of refinement. New upholstery also gives the interior space a greater level of value.
