Porsche Cayenne GTS - benchmark for dynamics in the SUV segment

Cayenne GTS and Cayenne GTS Coupé shine in the model portfolio as particularly sporty SUVs with exclusive, sporty exteriors and interiors. The two Cayenne GTS models are the sportiest Cayenne derivatives and are designed for high driving performance. Above all, they set standards in the SUV segment with their lateral dynamic handling characteristics. As is typical of the GTS, the powertrain is of particular importance: in the E3 model generation, for example, a V8 heart beats under the hood of the Cayenne GTS. With 338 kW (460 hp) and 620 Nm of torque, the four-liter biturbo ensures superior performance in all disciplines. Both GTS models with the Sport Chrono Package can sprint from zero to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds, and the top speed is 270 km/h. The Cayenne GTS models benefit from the same engine generation as the Cayenne Turbo. The V8 biturbo is an in-house development by Porsche and is manufactured at the Zuffenhausen engine plant. It boasts numerous technology highlights: Equipped with adaptive cylinder deactivation, gasoline direct injection with central injector location and sophisticated thermal management, they prepare the ideal conditions for increased efficiency. As in all Cayenne models, power is transmitted by the eight-speed Tiptronic S automatic transmission.
