From Zuffenhausen come models that embody dynamism and emotion. At the latest with the appearance of the 911 around six decades ago, the brand gained a reputation throughout the world as a manufacturer of emphatically sporty, technically high-quality and unmistakably styled vehicles: A Porsche is simply a Porsche. However, the product range is anything but monotonous. Within the portfolio, engineers and designers have succeeded in developing a wide-ranging model program. There is a Porsche to suit practically every requirement. When it comes to an extra dose of emotion, the three letters GTS come into play: Behind them are particularly sporty and racy derivatives that are nevertheless convincing in everyday driving. GTS models offer a perfect balance of performance and everyday practicality. They therefore represent the golden mean within each model series.

The Huracán STO, a road-legal super sports car developed with the know-how of Lamborghini’s Motorsport team Squadra Corse, could finally be presented where it feels home: on the racetrack. After its digital premiere in November last year, also the test drives had to be postponed due to the COVID-19 restrictions. Now it was time to finally put its qualities to the test both on and around the Circuit in Vallelunga, near Rome. The feedback on the Huracán STO was positive all-around. The naturally aspirated V10, the overall setup of the super sports car and the Bridgestone Potenza Race specifically developed for this car have a clear focus: absolute performance and emotions for the driver. It comes as no surprise that one year of production for the Huracán STO has already been sold out - before the opportunity to test-drive it.
The history of Hispano Suiza is showcased, for the very first time, in the Peralada Castle Museum (Girona, Spain) where visitors will be able to contemplate the past and present of the legendary car brand founded in 1904 by Damián Mateu and Mark Birkigt. The Hispano Suiza Room will close the usual tour of the Peralada Castle Museum. After years of researching to gather the largest number of pieces and objects related to its history, Hispano Suiza becomes part of this important collection. The Hispano Suiza exhibition encompasses a journey through various decades: from the beginning of the 20th century, when Hispano Suiza was founded, to the present day. After passing through a luxurious hall, the public will be able to visit a recreation of the offices of Damián Mateu and Mark Birkigt, where countless business and technical ideas, emerged and took shape, turning Hispano Suiza into a point of reference, for luxury, comfort and technical solutions. In this area, the original painting 'Dame with a mink' by Ramon Casas takes pride of place: it was used as an illustration on the company's original shares.
