Everything from the beginning: The concept study of the Toyota Aygo X Prologue heralds a new era for subcompacts. With a striking, self-confident crossover design and numerous clever solutions that promise (driving) fun, the distinctive city runabout redefines the segment. Just a few weeks after pledging its allegiance to the vehicle class, the Japanese automaker has now presented its rolling vision: the Aygo X Prologue. The concept car breaks with conventions. Developed at Toyota's European design center ED2 in Nice and home offices around the world, the new edition boasts a design that is unusually self-confident in this segment and has a dynamic and robust effect in equal measure. "With the Aygo X Prologue, we are proving that even a small car can have a big and bold personality," explains Deputy Chief Designer Ken Billes. With its increased ground clearance, the Aygo X Prologue is predestined for freedom-loving adventurers. Combined with large tires, the driver enjoys an unusually high seating position for this class, which not only improves comfort but also visibility - on and off paved roads. The action camera integrated into the exterior mirror guarantees that nothing is missed.
